I received my education at the Academy of art Artibus Utrecht at The Netherlands and at the Academy of Fine Arts at Arendonk in Belgium. Furthermore, I studied one year Philosophy at Radboud University at Nijmegen.

Meanwhile making art I had a career being a physiotherapist and later on manager in business.

Power and energy of the human body are characteristics by which I identify my work.
I am experimenting with materials to bring about an expression I want to show in a sculpture.

The artworks are manipulated and evolve during the making process. In the end the sculptures become autonomous objects that speak for themselves.
